Just installed TS15 today (10/22/25) and updated firmware. When I tested switch before linking to Tapo app, the switch worked OK. Now the lights immediately turn off when switching on, either when using the app or trying to use the switch.
Double-check the wiring. And it's best to use a multimeter to test it to ensure that there are no wiring mistakes.
