Thanks for reaching out. I understand that one of your Deco Mesh units (X60) is stuck flashing blue and does not turn green during setup.
A flashing blue LED on your Deco unit means it is in its factory default state and has not been configured yet. Here’s what you can do:
If this is your main Deco unit:
• You will need to set it up from scratch using the Deco app. Open the app and follow the step-by-step instructions to configure your Deco system. For a visual guide, you can refer to this setup video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5F03chUcwxQ
If this is a satellite Deco unit:
• You can add it to your existing Deco network using the Deco app. For detailed instructions, please see this FAQ: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1590/
Additional Note:
• If the LED turns solid blue, it means the Deco is being set up and should turn green within a minute. If it remains flashing blue, double-check that you are following the correct setup process in the app.
