Maybe? I can't see why you couldn't since everything tp-link does is cloud based so if all the smart switches you wanted to control at both locations were added to the same Tapo app under the same account cant see why not but in case I'm wrong I'm going to tag one of the members of the tp-link staff to make sure.

You can add and manage Tapo smart devices installed in different locations using the same TP-Link account within the Tapo app. Additionally, you can create multiple Homes in the app for better organization and management of your devices. How to use the Home feature and Room feature in the Tapo App
