I have been using my AX72 Pro with an Arris S33 modem for 2+ years without issue.  As of Monday afternoon it started dropping internet.  Not trusting Xfinity, I immediately blamed them.  I even went as far as buying a new modem and set it up. Same issue.  After Xfinity came out and tested everything including the modem output, we concluded that the isssue is indeed with the AX72 Pro.  I performed a factory reset and the issue still present itself after ~1 hour.  I just setup a new Nighthawk 7 (reluctantly).  Is there anyway to salvage this AX72?

Can you go into your router and post some of your logs? Scrub out IP data! And hear me out because it seems simple but this JUST happened with my router: can you go to your modem + router setup and without disconnecting anything, jiggle the RJ45 connector where it connects into your modem? Does it lose connection? (if the LEDs on the back of it cycle entirely off for any amount of time, that indicates it is losing connection). Then, do the same for the RJ45 connector wiggle test for the one connecting to your router. Something is telling me you're actually just having a physical noise issue.
