The app is missing the basic feature already available on older versions of the hardware (HS220) to fade in and fade out the lights during scheduling (often called ramping). It's still available on my older HS220's but for some reason this basic option isn't available when scheduling lights to come on in the morning or go off at night. You can set a "default" fade time for when you turn on/off the lights, but not an extended fade for a particular schedule (ie. fade in over 30 minutes in the morning).
