Switches are wired correctly. This is the third set I've installed and I'm a certified electrician. No loose wires either. The switch has been updated to latest firmware. Even swapped it out for another set but same problem continues. When the switch turns light off, it will also show off in the app. No timers or scenes setup that would explain it. Could it be the light?  It's a simple ceiling light with 10 120v 260lm 60w e26 bulbs.
