C200 Speaker is not working

Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hi all.

I have 3 new cameras.

None of them speaker working.

Talk is not working - no sound out of camera speaker.

Same for vedeo call.

Using tp_link Tapo App.

I have log for tech to review

give me address where to send.

You would just send that to our support team if you are in the US, that is Support.USA@tp-link.com. If you are elsewhere, you can use this to find your region's support. Once the region is selected click on Support and then Contact Technical Support for the contact method for that region.
