Firmware Version: 1.1.9

Hi,

Suddenly, my extender will not allow my laptop to connect. Everything else on the extender network works fine, I'm at a loss, I'm trying to get a business going and can't use my laptop in my office. This is entirely new, it's worked for months. I've done all the troubleshooting from the laptop support, I've reset my extender. Nothing has worked. The error I get says that the extender won't allow me to connect. It can't be a hardware problem with my laptop, because I can connect with the main network and have internet.

@SA1963 My wife's work laptop actually requires WPA3.  At the time she received it eero Pro 6 were running WPA2, and WPA2/WPA3-Personal/Transitional was "experimental".  Once I switched from WPA2-Personal to WPA2/WPA3 it worked just fine on WiFi.  I hope that's what is happening because it is an easy fix....

Hi  @SA1963

Welcome to the community!

If I understand correctly, the extender worked with your laptop just fine previously, is that right?

Because everything else is connecting just fine through the extender — did anything change on the laptop recently, like a driver update, new software, or Windows Update? Sometimes updates can introduce changes to how the system handles network connections.
