Outage history report
Is there a way to show when recent Internet outages were detected?

Not too sure what you want?
Is it that your ISP went down?
There are sites, like "downdetector . com" and "thousandseys , com" (remove the spaces around the ';' and use those, and for the last one, go down to see the outage map.
I don't know of a way easily to know via the Router/Deco to tell? Might be in its logs though?

@IrvSp my home was robbed and the police believe a WiFi jammer was used. I'm trying to narrow down the timeline of events. If there is a log that I can access that shows if and when my wifi network was disabled or offline, then it can give the police something to work with.

A Wifi Jammer just essentially blocks the WIFI signal by injecting 'noise' in the frequency used, and probably the 2.4Ghz band that most Internet Of Things (IoT) work at, like doorbells, camera's, etc. They might drop the LAN connection due to Interference, or not be able to function.
Your router never would know this was happening. It continued to work.
However, the devices that would have detected something and 'recorded' it would have a TIME GAP if one was used. They would be disconnecting from the LAN possibly, of if still connected either not be able record anything as they couldn't communicate back to the Interet or LAN.
Check those devices for times they didn't record.
