Is there a tapo Windows client? If not is the only way to view recordings on the tapo c210 remotely (e.g., I don't want to have to take the SD card out and insert into a reader connected to my pc) via vlc client configuration?

Note: I have a tapo c210 but that is not a model option. So I picked the c110 hoping they are in the same family of products.
