OK, so you can disable Auto Tracking through smart actions.  Great!  But, what about the Smart Dual Tracking?  That also needs to be included or else you haven't really turned off Tracking for this dual lense camera, have you?  This needs to be implemented in a way that it remembers what Activities you want tracked.  So, if you have Smart Dual Tracking for only People, then disabling and re-enabling through automation needs to still be just for People.  Not everything.
