Solved my own problem, Installed hs200 in original location and expanded switch box at second location. installed switch there and attached power and capped switch wire. then programmed smart actions to turn on when other switch is turned on for both switches and then repeated for off. works great ! automation format is (WHEN) switch 1 turn on (Trigger IF THEN) switch 2 turn on  repeat automation for off setting.
