I've added my EP25 to the Kasa App and configured them. Is there a way to add them to the Home Kit app on my IPad without losing everything and starting from scratch?

Go to EP25's Device Settings page in the Kasa app, click Add to Home and follow the instructions there to add the device to Home app.
