Model: Archer BE9700
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20251027 rel.50074(5553)

I am unable to connect my Pixel 6A phone to the router. The phone connected just fine to the previous Netgear router that I had.

The phone sees the router ok but after inputting my password it does not connect. I have tried a lot of things but none have worked.

Among other things I tried changing the 2.4 and 5GHz part to WPA2-PSK[AES} from WPA3-Personal+WPA2-PSK[AES], but that did

not help either. I also changed the Access list to allow phone. Any suggestions?

Disable Access control feature if you are not using to restrict a particular devices from your network.

On your mobile Disable Adaptive Connectivity: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Adaptive connectivity and turn it off.

Forget/delete the SSID from your mobile and start over by entering your wireless password.

If that doesn't work for you, reset the router to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch.
