Hello, 

 

Is anyone else experiencing their HS300 constantly offline after connecting? I've spent 5 hours adding the HS300 only for it to be offline while my light switches works fine and is connected. After adding it, it goes offline within 30 mins. Did the latest firmware update have a bug? Are TP Link developers aware of this?

  @SweetWinn 

 

  • If the HS300 appears offline in the app and its SYS LED is red, the device has lost its Wi‑Fi connection.
  • If the LED remains solid white, check whether the plug comes back online when your phone is connected to the same local Wi‑Fi network. If it does, the plug has lost connection to the cloud: you will not be able to control it remotely, but local control will still work.
