I have 2 HS 103 V2 smart plugs passed to me from my father when he passed away. They worked fine in his house.  I'm trying to get them working in my house. They both operate  alternating orange-blue, and rapid-orange. If a lamp plug is inserted into them, I can switch the lamp on/off by pressing the button in the right side. What they DON'T do is connect with my router which is in the same room, about 10 feet away. What is causing this? I've read and tried set-up instructions, without success.  Help me?
