Nobody has access to your camera's videos unless you explicitly allow it - including other users and our own teams. Even when testing and troubleshooting our own cameras, we have almost always found it easier to just send clips over.

If you are subscribed to TapoCare, your video is saved on our cloud, but it is only accessible to you and through expected means such as law enforcement warrants. After the 30-day storage period, the video is then deleted completed from our servers.

If you are concerned about something like a bedroom camera, I would recommend sticking to either SD card recording or hub-based recording. While there is nothing insecure about the cloud recording, any traffic passing through the internet is easier to target just on principle.
