I just purchased two Tapo P115 plugs to control my living room lights. My plan was to have them turn on and off simultaneously. 
 

One light is connected to a switched outlet. I had assumed that when it powered on the P115, that would be considered On. I added a 30 second delay for that to work.  But then, I switched the switched light off and that powered it off but it didn't turn the other light Off. 

No power to me means the same as Off. 

Something tells me that I may need to purchase a Tapo Light Switch in order to do what I planned to do.
