At wits end. Installed hs200 to new LED floodlight and light goes on (manually) then off after 15 seconds. This is in detached garage with wifi extender so signal if full strength. Just cleaned up wiring in garage and to verify all neutrals (whites) are in common and blacks are correct. Even disconnected all wiring where wire comes into garage so only the hs200 is wired and get the same result. I bought a 2 pack and they both do the same thing. Even had a new one I never used and that does the same thing. What are the chances I have 3 bad hs200's? 

Any other troubleshooting I can try? The line is a 15a circuit and the light is a 3 head motion sensor LED light. Its a 38w light and the switch is not set to test and its set to 10 minutes to be on from motion.
