When I got the tp-link extender it would disconnect from my WiFi a few times but now it can't even find my extender on the app and I'm lost on why it's not anymore I resetted it a bunch and the lights are on what do I do

To better help you, can you please share a few more details about your Range Extender, such as its Model Number and Hardware Version (both can be found on the unit's label)?

 

Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the extender when attempting to find it in the Tether App?

 

Have you tried temporarily moving the extender closer to the router to see if that improves connectivity?
