Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.3.26

I have 3 Kasa cameras, 1 outside, and 2 in the house. When I was trying to view the outside camera, I could'nt and a message said another viewer was watching. When I unplug all the cameras, I got a text on my phone threating me with fines and jail time coming from an internet phone number with country code +63 and a local number. Login Security does not show anyone eles connecting to my cameras besides my phone.

I have been having problems viewing in the past and the camera not recording or skip recording. But this is the first time the APP said another viewer is login and I was not able to view. Don't know how long my account has been hack.

Now, I keep getting lock out of my account and I keep having to reset password with another random password.

I am not getting any logs or emails of someone eles loging into my account.

It does look like you have taken the security actions we recommend: resetting the password and enabling MFA.   Beyond those actions, if the intrusion persists and it shouldn't unless your new password is somehow compromised, you can always consider creating a new TP-Link ID and moving your devices to a new fresh account.  That shouldn't be needed, but it's an option.
