Model: Tapo C402 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have a C402 that is listed as offline in the app so I fully charged it and attempted to reconnect.

It will not connect, and I cannot factory reset it. I have tried everying, I used the reset button and felt it click, holding it for 30+ seconds but nothing happens. The camera ls blinking red, on and off at 3 second intervals.

Is there anything else I should try?

Is it blinking red for 3 seconds, or is it more of an amber color?  If it's amber, then it needs to be plugged into the USB charger, and it likely did not charge on your last attempt.  If it's actually red, then that is not a normal status and likely indicates something is wrong with the camera, especially if it's fully charged and not resetting.  If it is red please reach out to support for potential Warranty needs.
