Hello! 
 

just bought C260 pan and tilt 4K camera largely due to one of my old camera being EOL'd. 

 

what excited me was the AI zoom and 4K. 
 

installed and started using the camera, impressive on how sharp the picture shows at 4K, even at night. AI zoom, in other hand disappointed me. I suspect it may be a firmware that messed it up. When it is on, it fixates on one thing constantly when nothing is being triggered, like a parked vehicle. From my understanding, once it doesn't see any activity, it defaults back to original viewpoint, which it has not. So I had to turn off the feature. 
 

Any help or suggestions would greatly appreciate!

Regarding the AI Zoom behavior you described: this is actually the intended design of the feature. The AI Zoom feature lets the camera automatically zoom in on detected AI events (such as people, pets, or vehicles), displaying them in full screen on the Live View page. The panoramic view remains visible in a smaller window. If no AI events are detected, the camera will zoom in on a fixed central area of the panoramic view. You can switch between the Live View and the small window by either clicking on the small window itself or tapping the Screen Swap icon on the Live View page.
