I have 2 out of 8 LB110 Smart Bulbs that will not complete the firmware update. I get an "Update not Complete. One or more of your devices failed to update. Please try the update later."

I have tried numerous times but they have yet to complete. Anybody else have this issue or are there any suggestions on how to remedy the problem?

Have you used the Upgrade Tool in the following link? http://static.tp-link.com/iotUpgradeTool_V1.0.zip
Please turn off the firewall of your computer to test again. And if convenient, please try another computer.

Wow! I just followed the link, installed the tool, read the "read me" and followed the simple directions!
It worked! I had the same problem and now, the light works with Alexa again.
