This feature sounds great, but it's not practical for some users, for example I have my camera mounted up high up on my house, so I need an option to tell the camera to tilt vertically to my desired position when entering the pan feature, so that the street and garden is in view, otherwise I will just see the sky and the brick walls of a building. It would even be better if you had a 360 full vertical and horizontal optional feature, so that you can easily pin point where you want the camera to be point, would be pretty neat.

@Adamx

I haven't personally had the opportunity to use the Pano feature extensively. To be honest, I've generally associated the idea of panoramic images with the horizontal plane only, so I appreciate your perspective here.

Part of me wonders whether the resulting image may appear "distorted" if the camera isn't directly horizontal when capturing it.

Nevertheless, although I can't promise its implementation, I'd be more than happy to put your feedback on our Tapo team's radar.

In the meantime, if you don't mind me asking, which Tapo camera model(s) are you using? Some models already have the feature (albeit in Beta form).

How many locations around your home would you find yourself using the feature? And how often do you think you would schedule it?
