NC230 Constantly Offline
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I have a new NC230 camera that I've set up two different ways.
The first way was set up with WPS, completely wirelessly and then set up via the Android App. It would constantly show up as offline when trying to view from the TP-Link Cloud Android app. Even though the light on the camera was steady green indicating a connection, it would show offline until it was unplugged and re-plugged.
I then factory reset the device and set it up a second way, by connecting the LAN cable directly to the router and accessing the webserver client.
It still shows up as offline every so often and we have to unplug and replug the device.
Is there any way we can fix this? It's really not reliable at all in it's current state.
Thank you
