HS100 intermittently disconnects from wifi

HS100 intermittently disconnects from wifi

Hardware Version : 1.0
Firmware Version : 1.2.5?

I have installed the latest firmware in my 2 HS100s. They work intermittently. The green WiFi light goes from solid to blinking and a while later returns to solid. 2015 YOUTUBE (fixing disconnecting tplink...) post shows a fix for a similar model where it pings an address every second. Has this not been fixed yet? There can be another explanation for my issue, just not sure what. Anyone else seen this? Any hints?
