@Carl The mini does not have that option in settings.  I tried resetting the plugs, but it doesn't help.  It worked fine until two weeks ago.  Any idea what changed?

@YukonB I doubt they fix

It. You have to assign IP addresses to them according to the reply but I have 2 problems with this...1. No I instructions and 2. Even if I had instruction WiFi is provided with my apartment and I do not have access to my router to change any settings. I will hold out for Black Friday deals and buy a different brand. This are worthless to me.

IP addresses are provided by your router. Creating an reserved IP address occurs in your router.  We cannot post steps on how to do this because every router is different.  You would simply need to log into that device and configure the reservced IP address, for your Smart Home devices MAC ID.   I'll be clear that the issue of IP conflict is not caused by the Smart Plug but rather the router and how it communicates and assigns IP addresses.  This would not be a "bug" we can fix.

@Carl same issue here. 3 x HS100 working fine 1x HS100 local only, 1x HS110 local only

@Carl I have 3x HS100 all working fine with Alexa and Google home but 1 x HS100 and 1 x HS110 that do not and only work local only. Can you tell me why?

How do your two devices show up in the Kasa App?  Are they listed as local only?  Do they work remotely in the Kasa App?
