I installed additional HS2010 Smart Switch and when I try to add to the Kasa App, it keeps saying "Please connect your iPhone to your Wi-fi network to continue setup". I have added multiple smart Kasa devices before with no problems at all, for some reason this screen (see attached) keeps showing when I add a device.
I have double, tripple checked and even turned off my cellular network just to be sure I am connected to wifi. It still keeps giving me the promt. Even if I select any other smart device to add. I have restarted the app as well. Still the same issue when I try to add a device.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Karp1749 Make sure to update your iOS version and update the Kasa app. Once you do both, restart your phone.

Ok! Here's a possible work around. Couldn't get hs210 to hook up via my iOS iphone 10X at all and I do this stuff all the time. Trust me.
So I grabbed my Android and signed into my Kasa account. Went through the set up process- no problem! Named the device. Saved... Signed out of Kasa on Android and signed back into my Apple phone Kasa account. Bingo. Switch was there. Enabled for Alexa as well and I am happy! Good luck team.

@Malagant Have a solution! (Finally) I found the Smart Plugs I was trying to add to Kasa devices in my iPhone's Wi-Fi preference as "Wi-Fi networks", selected the Smart plugs and it then asked to "join network", selected my main Wi-Fi network and voila! it connected and added to my devices.
