Yes, you can have up to two users looking at the same camera feed.

@KarenS Can anyone provide proper instruction sequence on how to get 2 phones to view the same feed on this camera?

Here is how you would set up the camera: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1957/

 

Once your camera is set up, download the same Kasa app on a second phone, and log in with the same TP-Link ID email and password created with the first phone.
