I added a new m9 plus to my network.  It seems like it is happy,  it shows up in the app and the light is green, but devices are not connecting to it.  

I noticed my existing deco's are all at firmware level 1.4.3  build 20200918 Rel 75286.   The new device  is at Firmware Version 1.2.12 Build 20191014 Rel. 42025.  

When I look at my new device all it will show is "Deco Health Check:  Deco is working well"

Seems like maybe I need to force the new deco to update firmware,  but as the main deco is already current -  the firmware update option doesn't do anything.  

Is this likely my problem?  how do I update that deco?
