Newbie here 

I have several of these plugs which are great and have been updated but having an issue with this :

Christmas Low Voltage Animated Red Lantern from Kmart

Succesfully added the device to my account

Using either google or Alexa turning off the lantern once running and scheduling off the lantern is no problem

Turning on however hear the switch go on but it is not activating the lantern itself to start

Wondering why this is ?

The lantern has three settings Off On with sound and animation and On with animation
