I could use some help please.

During installation, I did the wiring as instructed. The one concern I had is that the bundle of wire at the back of the box was a bit tan (rather than white). I figured they might be discolored from age. Nonetheless, I connected all wires and when I flipped the breaker back on, I could not turn the lights on/off (by pressing the main switch repeatedly). Also, no lights on the dimmer switch.

The only thing I can think is wrong is that bundle of wires are not neutral wires. If not, what are they? (Sorry, I'm not an electrician.)

BTW - I'm assuming reset and restart are only used for WiFi - i.e. I should be able to manually turn the lights on/off without fiddling with those buttons.
