Hi! We used our kc120 for a few years but haven't recently. I wanted to pull it out again and reconnect it. I went through the steps on the app to reconnect but the reset button doesn't work when I hold it down for 5/15/30 seconds. Also, the amber light is constantly on, no blinking. I've unplugged and plugged back in. I'm not sure what else to try.
