Hi there,

 

As many others here, I am having issues with my camera. It is less a month-old device and it keeps losing connection (green LED blinking) randomly - it has lost connection at least 5-10 times in the last month or so. I have reset the device and reconfigured, it worked fine for about a week, but today it started blinking again - the app says the device is unreachable/offline.

 

The camera is connected to the router at 2.4Ghz, placed less than 5 meters from it and in the same room with no obstructions. In fact, the router is a TP-Link Deco model, so I assume you would test the camera devices with your own routers for compatibility. Unfortunately, I cannot be resetting the device every few days to keep it working. Happy to send the MAC address in a separate direct message if needed.

 

Any advice is appreciated, besides the resetting the camera option.

If your problem is not solved even after replacing the cable, the issue could be the network adapter on your computer.

Your internet-based calls can get disconnected. In the case of video conferences with multiple participants, it might be frustrating to keep joining the meeting every time the connection gets disconnected.
