Plug stays ON all the time
Dear community,
The smart plug is not turning off. After soft and hard reset, it always stays ON.
We tried resetting and other things from this forum and YouTube, but kept staying ON all the time.
An email was sent requesting a replacement, but I wonder if there is something else that I could try to fix.
It seems to be a common malfunction for this product.
