My device time is off by 1 hour. time zone Americas/cancun actual time is 2:30 device time is 3:30

i have tried switching to a different time zone and the device time switches, but when i change it back to Cancun its an hour off.

it was correct before DST adjustment now its off Cancun does't do DST.

Any idea how to fix the time for the time zone?
