Kasa camera no longer connecting (endless loader). Green solid light so I'm connected
So we had this device a year and it worked great. One night we accidentally unplugged it and the next day when we noticed we plugged it back in but now the video never loads (we just get an endless loader where the video should be). When we click the "action shot" button it says "other error".
Clues
- Solid green light is on my Kasa so it's connected
- I can tilt and move the camera from the mobile app so I am connected
- Mobile app fully up to date
- Kasa Firmware fully up to date
- Reseting device did not work multiple times
- Moved device closer to router did not work
- Reset router did not work
- Phone has full wifi connection
Any help would be incredible or else we are gonna just have a pretty useless paper weight
