KS230 3Way Switches - One switch will only turn light on, not off
I have 2 KS230 3way switches installed. One of the switches turns the lights on and off without an issue. The other (the remote) will only turn the lights on. It does nothing if you press it to turn the lights off. Also, the dimmer buttons on the remote don't affect the lights at all (the previously installed switch was a dimmer that worked correctly).
Any ideas what I might have done wrong?
