Trying to add new devices, but says NO INTERNET
When I try to add new HS103 devices, I get the "no internet" pic as shown. I know the internet and WiFi are working okay because the three other HS103 devices I installed a couple years ago are working fine, as well as several other items that are functioning properly using the WiFi and the internet.
I had a problem like this Dec 2020 - Jan 2021. I had to send an HS103 unit back to you. This "no internet" message shows with any of the four HS103 devices I just received and attempted installation with.
I don't know how to find the firmware number.
