If I open the KASA app, I'm able to access the doorbell camera and interact with it. If someone approaches the doorbell I get notifications. The issue is once the doorbell button is pushed, the app doesn't go to live view (or whatever it's called) so that I can interact with the visitor. I have a Galaxy S21 running Android 13. I checked the settings and Android  is not putting the app to deep sleep. Does the doorbell need to be reset? Looking for some ideas to try. Thanks in advance!
