Can Tp-link fixed an issue from the cloud?
I have been in contact with support regarding my HS 210 smart switch. Has not worked properly since I installed the switch. The schedule did not work properly, would turn on the lights, but would not turn them off at the scheduled time.
I did everything theymasked of me , but still,did not work.
they asked me to,give them to time of day so they can ":check the cloud on their end" It's been two days and now everything is working, so far, is it possible they did something? They have not contacted me even though Imsent them all the info and screenshots.
