Bought the 2 pack. Used 1 device for 1+years. Now setting up 2nd device for the first time. I am using the kasa app and both devices are linked to Alexa. I can control the mini plug with Alexa and the Kasa app. Each time I try to update the 2nd device through the Kasa app it displays update failed. Try again. Go through the motions again and the mini plug reboots and then the same 'update failed" try again appears. Have moved device closer to modem and app is up to date.
