I have seen this question popping up since 2022 (as early as folks that was struggling even with V1 kit) till now and wanted to share a diagram that I created for myself for the solution (Note: I have purposely excluded the Ground/Green wires to simplify the diagram - the ground wires are available on both Switch #1 and Switch #2). I hope this would help the community or whoever that is facing the same problem as me.

P/S: please use the below at your own risk and be 110% sure that you know what you are doing. I always double-check (and triple-check at times) using a Multimeter to avoid having any mishaps that could either burn the house down or risk killing myself in the process!
