I now get the message that the video download cannot occur because we are not on the same network. Playback videos are stored on microSD cards on all of my cameras. I get this message even when I'm trying to download from a camera that IS on my network. Was not a problem previously. Had downloaded  many recorded pkayback clips  before but this has cropped up recently. Snapshots still work and download fine.
