Camera Keeps Blinking Green Light after Firmware Upgrade

I received a notification about firmware upgrade on the APP and hit the upgrade button this morning. I have two of C210 cameras need upgrade. One of them is upgraded successfully, but the other one keep blinking green light, even after an hour.
How to resolve this? Can I just unplug and reboot it?
