Kasa Smart Plugs suddenly stopped working, no solution online
Using the Kasa Smart EP10
All plugs have worked perfectly through Kasa app and Alexa for about 3 years. Last week all of my plugs started being non responsive. I have tried everything. At this point I have deleted all plugs from both the Alexa app as well as the Kasa smart app. My phone is able to connect to the plugs but my plugs cannot connect to my wifi. Below is what I have tried.
-resetting router, phone, and app
-logging in and out of app
-deleting and reinstalling app
-splitting wifi to 2.4 Ghz
- factory resting plug
- setting up in airplane mode
- changing 2.4 ghz password and name
- forgetting wifi and logging back in
- forgetting plug wifi and gaining it back
- connecting iPhone to 2.4 ghz network
