The camera has dissapeared completely from the app two times in the last two days. When this happens I lose all the settings but when I add the camera again the old videos are still there.

After adding it again i have to reconfigure everything! That means detection zones, sensitivity, alarms, etc. 

This is very frustrating. I don't know why the camera dissappears. Even if it fails or whatever I should still be able to see the camera in the app As offline, but instead its just not there anymore. No alert, no warning, nothing.

My wife and I have the app and when this happens the camera is removed from both phones.

We have more cameras and this is the only one with the issue. Thinking seriously about asking for a refund.
