I've been using this bulb then it stopped responding to my Alexa commands.  I uninstalled the app tried to reinstall the bulb but when I get to the part to connect to the  tp-link app WiFi it tries to connect will then asks to switch to mt T-mobile internet connection and I do but then it try's and tells me can not connect?  I don't know what to do. Thanks for any help.

When your phone asks if you want to switch the network, choose NO. This message occurs because the smart bulb's Wi-Fi doesn't have internet access, but we need your phone to stay connected to this Wi-Fi so that the app can find the smart bulb. 

 

If there are more issues during the configuration process, this article will help. What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?
