Hello.  My cameras wont turn on using my poe switch.  The camera is the c325wd.  The switch im using is a tp-link tl-sg1024.  Anyone have a solution?  Thanks

I believe you are referring to the Tapo C325WB, as we do not have a C325WD.  We also have a C325WS.  Currently, the camera that supports POE is the Version 2.0/2.6 of the Tapo C325WB.  If you have an older version (1.0/1.6) or you have the C325WS it will not power via POE.
